As always, this tab is my interpretation based on everything I could find. I listened closely to the studio recording, compared it with the isolated guitar tracks that are floating around online (AI-isolated, not official stems), and studied the few live videos available. Between what I heard and what I saw Slash and Izzy playing, this is the result.
One thing I noticed is during the chorus. Live, they generally keep it simple, likely because they’re stepping up to sing the gang vocals.
On the studio version, however, I hear a subtle walk-down (3-2-0 on the A and E strings) between the D5, A5 and E5 chords, so that’s what I’ve included here. The solo is classic Chuck Berry-inspired Slash. It’s not technically difficult, but it’s full of attitude. Don’t worry about matching every note and rhythm exactly. Focus on the feel, the unison bends, and staying locked in with the groove. At the end of the solo, Slash appears to play the double-stop slides with his index and middle fingers, while I use my index finger to make the vibrato a little easier. Different fingering, same result.

Most importantly, get those unison bends under your fingers. Have fun!
