For the intro I tried to stay as close as possible to the way Chuck played it. I did notice one small thing after recording: On the upbeat of four in bars one two and three Chuck hits the ninth fret on the G string for the major third of the C chord. You do not really hear me hit that note in my take. It is just one of those little things that slipped by. I kept it in the tab because that is what Chuck actually played so follow the tab there. Even if you do not hear it from me aim for that major third the way Chuck did.
By the way the three chords that I played in the backing track of this song are C7 which is 8 10 8 9 x x, F7 which is x 8 7 8 x x, and G7 which is x 10 9 10 x x. These numbers go across the strings from low E to A to D to G to B to high E.
Thanks to Airline for sponsoring this video. They originally sent me this guitar for our Lonely Boy tab and I liked it so much that I wanted to use it again. I even chose it over the Epiphone 335 that I had on hand because for some reason it just really clicked for this song. It gave more of a classic tone in my opinion. The H77 has that vintage feel and these instruments are excellent value for the price tag.
