Hey Guys! Best of luck nailing this Extreme classic. I used the Blue Lava Guitar to record this tune with it’s built in reverb effect. I’m having a lot of fun in my spare time playing this amazing guitar. Everything is there when I go to practice and I don’t have to go through the trouble of getting all the extra accessories like a metronome, effects pedal, looper, etc. They are all packed in the ONE guitar with a touch screen which puts it a step above your average acoustic. I recommend to check it out if you haven’t already. There’s a link in my description. I decided to do the unedited version of this song. The outro lick makes it a little more challenging for lead guitarists wanting an extra challenge or maybe you want to keep it simple and end it at measure 94. I just wanted to provide both possibilities in one video. I checked out some live videos of Nuno’s playing. There’s a few different approaches you can take to playing this without a pick. You can see a close up of what I’m doing with my right hand. I do an upstrum on the upbeats in most of the measures with my middle finger which is different than what you’ll see in the other tutorials. I couldn’t get a visual of exactly what Nuno is doing there, but it feels more natural for me to approach it this way. You may play it the way I am or you might take different approaches. It’s all in the way that feels right for you also. And I also included the chords in this video because I know there are many out there simply looking for that alone. With all my other videos, I’ve included the chords in my PDF tabs at Music Notes if you ever feel you want a little more from the tabs.
